KAWIRA “THE QUEEN OF THE POOR”.

You took my hand you showed me love. You promised me you will always be around. I took your words and believed in everything you said and did to me. You gave me a second chance in life. Death had come and taken me away; but there you were like the light you are. From the dark you brought me to life. No one had ever showed me love like you did; with open arms you took me with my illnesses and loved me like a mother.

Like a mother you opened your arms to me. You saw my pain and it touched you. Your touch healed me; your tears saved me and your words gave me salvation. Now I’m a new being. I used to read about angels; I used to imagine about miracles and I wished that God could send an angel to come and save me from me worries.

I used to crawl and limp as if I was not born of a woman. I used to stink and smell of death. My life had surely made a wrong turn. My thoughts had turned into a craze of confusion and wishful thinking for a better life. I had turned into being a hazard to myself. I wanted to be reborn; I wanted to be somebody else; I wanted to see a miracle. I wanted to meet an angel.

This is my testimony: KAWIRA MWANGAZA is not born of this world. She might be born of a woman but she must have come directly from the heavens. She was born to come and bring justice to mankind. God must have seen the injustices and the pains the Ameru people were going through. Kawira is here to remind us of the unity and the love our founding fathers. From the times of KOOME NJUE to the crossing of iria itune to the times of settling in the lands between thucii and m’tunyiri we have remained a united people.

On this day we have our new leader; a living legend. The only daughter born of God; The savior of our people. On this day I pay homage to all the great miracles KAWIRA is performing. I never thought I would get the chance to see an angel as I was growing up. On this day I feel blessed to be living in this generation.

This is my message to those fighting the angel from the heavens starting with #Team KIKALI. Regimes come and go. The imaginary kingdom created by the senator is crumbling down. There is a new order; there is a new kingdom being born. The status quo is soon ending. Save your money, save your energy, save your reputation and your legacies; bow down to the woman angel sent from the heavens. Her light has illuminated the Ameru people.

FOR THE GLORY OF US AS THE AMERU PEOPLE

FOR THE GLORY OF MERU COUNTY

FOR THE GLORY OF KAWIRA MWANGAZA AND FOR THE GREATOR GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER.

I pledge my allegiance to KAWIRA MWANGAZA.

RAILA ODINGA:The merchant of violence

We owe it to ourselves to examine closely those figures that our political leaders and those that aspire to lead us cosy up with in public and also in private. Just as birds of identical plumage flock in close proximity, a man’s character can also be judged from the company that he keeps. Raila Odinga  is a political schizophrenic. His rhetoric oozes with refined contemporary democracy dogma, but his actions reveal a very violent and dictatorial streak. The exorbitant nature of his obsessive preoccupation with violence is rivalled by a few in modern day Africa. His proclivity for violence can be traced to his student days. As a youth, Raila Odinga, whose father served as deputy president of Kenya under Jomo Kenyatta, was given a scholarship to study in the then East Germany. He studied engineering. However, his choice of his undergraduate thesis is not only revealing but also a source of great perturbation. His thesis focused on bomb-making with special focus on nail bomb...

Closing Of Baite TV. Over time concerns have been raised on the professionalism and the ethics of the media station. Although the station might be popular with the people and can also be classified as a populist media station they seem to have overlooked fundamental media ethics.

Over the last few years Baite TV has grown to be one of the most viewed TV stations in the Larger Meru region spanning all the way to Tharaka Nithi and Embu counties. The TV station has maintained some loyal die-hard fan base despite its unorthodox way of reporting. Over time concerns have been raised on the professionalism and the ethics of the media station. Although the station might be popular with the people and can also be classified as a populist media station they seem to have overlooked fundamental media ethics. In my analysis I find the following misconducts emanating from the media station. Accuracy and fairness It is no secret that the station is owned and run in close supervision by the Meru Women County Rep, Kawira Mwangaza. It is no crime to own and run a media house but it is crime to break the laws and ethics concerning journalism and reporting. In the Code of Conduct for the Practice of Journalism as entrenched in the Second Schedule of the Med...
